This event took 3 weeks of preparation. I had to order the roses in Fresno, CA (right down the street from the medical office where Yana works) while I was still at home in Chattanooga, TN. There were 11 white roses plus 1 red rose. The 1 red rose represented Yana and how she was different and more special than all the rest.

I also had to purchase red sparkle spray paint and green sparkle spray paint from Michael's Arts and Crafts in Chattanooga, TN (and pack them with me on the plain ride to CA) to make the 1 red rose be sparkly red with a sparkly green stem. The "Sparkle" added to the 1 red rose represented "Princess Yana" and how she "Sparkled" with beauty every time I saw her.

I also had to special order the "Carmel" Hershey's Kisses 2 weeks prior to coming to see her here in Fresno, CA (as neither Yana nor I like straight chocolate). The Hershey's Kiss represented my Kiss to her that would last forever whether I am with her in CA or back at home in Chattanooga, TN. Plus, I also wrote a letter to go with the roses regarding what made Princess Yana be the most beautiful Princess that only the luckiest Prince will someday get to have as his own.
